All of the items packaged in a bucket are deoxygenated, sealed, and labeled for long-term storage. Buckets should be stored in a cool, dry place. Buckets may be concave or convex when exposed to a significant elevation and/or temperature change. Nelson's Seed does not recommend storing products in bags.

While there are many recommendations on several websites regarding selection of items to store and quantities, we recommend storing what you and your family will eat. Remember to store spices and sweeteners as well as staples, such as wheat, beans, and rice.
